Our client is an industry leader in providing a diverse range of health and life insurance products to its customers. The health insurance arm of the business is responsible for the manufacturing and distribution of these products. Due to growth, the Marketing team are looking for a confident and creative Content Manager to join their team.


The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for a Content professional to produce high quality, audience led content and copy which show case our client's value proposition. They are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of content planning, creation and development, distribution, storytelling, SEO, performance and analysis.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Brand and Communications, you will be responsible for bringing the brand story and experience to life through creating compelling content. You will have a deep understanding of digital channels with a focus on continuous optimisation while improving engagement, content structure and governance.


Key accountabilities

  • Develop intelligent and engaging brand communications and content for offline, digital and emerging platforms to build and enhance brand reputation and align to strategic opportunities.

  • End to end content management receiving briefs from business stakeholders, writing and creating content to brief, or reviewing/editing content drafts ensuring alignment of brand, against style guidelines and tone of voice.

  • Define and lead the organic social media strategy to grow the audience and drive customer engagement across web, mobile, social and published channels. Proactive producer across all aspects of social media, assisting with community management during peak periods, analysing performance and providing recommendations.

  • Work closely with Brand & Content team and other business stakeholders to align content strategies and plans across all channels and identify potential content partnerships to meet strategic requirements.

To be successful in this role you will possess

  • 8 - 10 years' experience in content marketing, communications with a digital focus

  • Proven ability to understand, deliver and communicate across the full content lifecycle, including research, ideation, design, UX/UI, copy, design, development and testing.

  • Insurance industry experience desirable or experience working in a highly regulated environment

  • Strong stakeholder management experience

  • Attention to detail
