The Client
As part of one of the world's leading insurers, our client focusses on providing financial reliability, dynamic product innovation, and investment in integration to its clients. Their strategy is shaped by their customer centric approach, and the drive for greater agility and efficiency in their service offering. They are looking to hire a Copywriter to focus on customer communications on regulatory and other related technical topics and making them simple and easy to understand.
The Opportunity
This is great opportunity for a strong writer with a keen eye for detail to join this organisation as a Copywriter. Working closely with internal stakeholders across various parts of the business, you will be responsible for the creation of complex communications in consumer-friendly language.
Key accountabilities
Create and edit copy for customer service communications on topics including significant event notices, regulatory and definition changes, user guides, policy documents, product documents and website copy.
Translate complex communications into consumer friendly language that is simple, clear and easy to understand.
Stay up to date and advise the business on communication trends.
Other ad hoc content and copywriting tasks.
To be successful in this role you will possess
3 years' experience with customer communications or similar
High attention to detail
Stakeholder management experience - must have the ability to build strong relationships internally
Experience managing technical complex communications
Financial services experience highly regarded
