The Company

Our client is a consumer led, product focused company with a brand name that people love and trust. They are an Australian brand who is reinventing the mortgages industry. They are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join their passionate high performing Marketing Team.

The Opportunity

This permanent full-time role provides an exciting opportunity to use your strong cross-sell and retention campaign experience to drive customer growth. You will draw on relevant consumer insights and analytics to implement targeted and compelling customer engagement programs, increase customer value and drive personalised engagement with a focus on BTL including eDM, SMS, ensuring a coordinated and insight-led approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draw on quantitative and qualitative analysis of the customer database to develop a detailed understanding of customer behaviour across segments, and translate these insights into targeted acquisition, growth and cross-sell campaigns
  • End to end campaign management including content and creative development from initial brief through to implementation
  • Responsible for the business, marketing and legal approvals of all activity, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and external regulations
  • Set, monitor and review campaign metrics and post-campaign analysis to understand campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to increase conversion
  • Lead the development of a robust test and learn program with a focus to deliver better customer value, engagement and conversion
  • Opportunity to own and drive the efficiency of the CRM process

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience developing detailed customer journey maps for CRM communications and looking for ways to constantly improve this process
  • Strong B2B experience managing targeted segmentation to send customer communications via the broker channel
  • Adobe campaign and Salesforce experience
  • A strong tech skew - ability to interpret and communicate data insights at a strategic level.
  • Extensive direct, BTL and retention marketing experience and highly developed data analytical skills
