We have a number of clients looking for experienced CRM Managers who have worked within superannuation, asset, insurance, banking or payment organisations across Sydney and Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
Draw on quantitative and qualitative analysis of the customer database to develop a detailed understanding of customer behaviour across segments, and translate these insights into targeted acquisition, growth and cross-sell campaigns
End to end campaign management including content and creative development from initial brief through to implementation
Responsible for the business, marketing and legal approvals of all activity, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements and external regulations
Set, monitor and review campaign metrics and post-campaign analysis to understand campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities to increase conversion
Lead the development of a robust test and learn program with a focus to deliver better customer value, engagement and conversion
Opportunity to own and drive the efficiency of the CRM process
To be successful you will have:
Experience developing detailed customer journey maps for CRM communications and looking for ways to constantly improve this process
Adobe campaign, Marketo or Salesforce experience
A strong tech skew - ability to interpret and communicate data insights at a strategic level
Extensive direct, BTL and retention marketing experience and highly developed data analytical skills
