This dynamic Australian based company who are a true market leader within their niche insurance sector are seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to write engaging content to improve customer retention and engagement. The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this role is to plan, share, create and publish quality content and manage customer communications for customers and Operations employees in order to support the overall growth strategy of the business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute targeted trigger and lifecycle customer campaigns that measurably improve customer retention and engagement
- Improve and refresh core communications as needed including: new business, renewals, claims, debt, cancellations & complaints communications
- Create and maintain content for customer portals and carry out testing for all new functionality
- Evaluate effectiveness of all marketing communications activities including governance of key messages, tactics, budgets, timing and measurement.
- Selection and implementation of a new campaign management tool
To be successful for the role you will ideally have:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in a digital medium
- Experience creating communications that drive brand/product awareness and customer engagement
- Experience setting up and managing campaigns through HubSpot. Also experience implementing new CRM platforms highly desirable
- Very good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Ability to work to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet agreed deadlines
