The Opportunity

Due to growth, there is a new permanent opportunity in their high-performing Digital Team for a Digital Channel Manager. This team is responsible for managing the organisation's websites and providing the best digital experience for the customer.


Key Accountabilities of Digital Channel Manager:

  • Contribute to the development and delivery of digital strategy

  • Develop, manage and grow internal stakeholder relationships to deliver digital solutions

  • Manage web content and keep the website optimised with a focus on lead conversion

  • Responsible for managing any troubleshooting issues and regular reporting on channel performance.

To be successful in the digital channel manager role you will possess:

  • 2 years working in a Digital role

  • Content management experience

  • Good problem solving and stakeholder management skills
