The Company

Our client is a leading Financial Services company who keep their clients' needs at the heart of everything they do. They are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their passionate Marketing team.

The Opportunity

Initially starting as a 3 month contract, with a view for potential extension, you will lead the digital channel, defining and delivering the digital strategy, as well as championing the digital development roadmap to prioritise initiatives that will deliver the most value to the digital platform and business. You will be highly organised with excellent stakeholder and project management skills and can balance short-term initiatives with longer-term strategic goals, bridging the gap between marketing, technology, digital teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an enhanced website that represents the brand, appeals to key audiences, is easy to use and meets business objectives via a best in class digital experience.
  • Accountable for executing client engagement across all digital platforms, ensuring lead targets are met by driving engagement to the website and converting them to new leads
  • Ensure there is an ongoing program of digital enhancements, based on the digital roadmap and other initiatives identified through data and customer insights, as well as business priorities
  • Assist your team delivering their programs via digital channels including creation of new pages, navigation, customer journeys, media hosting, etc., embedding digital/mobile first thinking
  • Continual development of digital dashboard for Australia and review on a monthly basis. Using insights, provide recommendations for key enhancements to drive greater customer engagement and leads.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Strong experience with a variety of web development tools different including HTML, different CMS platforms, Google Analytics, SEO tools. Experience with Pardot, LinkedIn and Salesforce an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate data insights at a strategic level.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to audiences with different levels of understanding.
  • The ability to be self-driven, use initiative, think outside the box and apply creative problem-solving to come up with solutions.
  • Ability to manage issues and multiple stakeholders.
  • Financial Services experience is advantageous
