The Opportunity
The Digital Product Manager will be commercially focussed and will represent both business and customer needs. Due to expansion, this exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to develop, prioritise and manage digital capability projects to effectively optimise the product suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key customer experience and business benefits, cost savings and revenue enhancements
- Leverage industry knowledge together with experience to facilitate the design, development and delivery of the product proposal
- Assisting the Digital Product Lead in executing the broader digital strategy rollout
- Identify gaps in existing workflows and provide solutions to improve delivery processes
- Work closely with a team to understand trends and user research
- Develop documentation standards, undertake project scoping and manage resource planning
- Support and operate in Agile and traditional project methodologies
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience as a Digital Product Manager within a regulated environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong ability to influence cross functional teams
- Passion for customers and driving change
- Attention to detail and ability to successfully deliver projects
