Parity Consulting is offering capital, mentorship and guidance to an experienced recruiter who is interested in setting up their own business. We have successfully done this before and will run an extensive search to find the best candidate! As a micro specialist in Product, Pricing, Marketing & Digital recruitment, we are often given roles outside our specialised area. Rather than keep saying no and passing them onto other consultancies, we would like to keep them in the family and pass the leads to one of our own!

This would suit a recruiter who wants to build a successful business who can leverage a great brand and propel their business growth 4 times quicker rather than starting from scratch. Parity has the infrastructure, PSAs, Strategic partners, and demand to ensure someone can start day one with a great infrastructure, thought leadership and admin support.
