We are thrilled to be partnering with an organisation that has been lovingly supplying Roasted Coffee to coffee drinkers for 30 years to find their next commercially driven Head of Marketing to support the business on their exciting growth journey alongside a diverse and vibrant coffee obsessed team.
Our partner is an ethically driven and well-established wholesale, Hospitality and E-commerce coffee specialist across Australia, New Zealand, and Japan looking to create even more meaningful coffee experiences for those who simply love coffee.
The Opportunity/Role:
As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Head of Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and monitoring the overall marketing strategies and initiatives internationally, aligning all marketing activity with the company vision and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Reporting to CEO and working alongside the Executive Team you will:
have oversight of the company's marketing department, budgets and staffing, strategic planning, and development/execution of all marketing and advertising initiatives.
Manage and own all customer-facing touch points globally.
Be responsible for optimising the company's global marketing activity and spend, leveraging internal and third-party data /analytics, competitive analysis and market research & ensuring brand effectiveness and ensuring consistency across markets
Work with the senior leadership team to formulate and execute the company's global GTM strategy
Work with Brand department to develop collateral, assets, and toolkits to support marketing and sales efforts internationally
Foster all external agency relationships
Be a proactive change agent to improve strategies, tactics, processes
Be a lover of data, interrogator of metrics, and justifier of ROI.
To be successful in this Head of Marketing role, you will:
Be able to engage in local and international travel from time to time
Experience supporting agile and effective sales teams ideal
Ability to work cross-functionally in different areas of the business
Ability to engage and motivate others
Experience working with organisations on a growth journey highly regarded
Be comfortable in working in an environment encompassing wholesale, e-commerce and FMCG
Have Strong B2B Marketing acumen
Be well-versed across the full spectrum of marketing, advertising and media touch points and disciplines
Be deadline-driven with great executional skills
