The Opportunity
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a market-leading Superannuation and Pension product suite. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll drive product strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement - all while keeping the member experience front of mind.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and ongoing management of the Superannuation and Pension product range, including Group Insurance
Identify, design and deliver product enhancements and innovations that strengthen competitiveness and member outcomes
Evaluate product performance, pricing, and positioning, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks
Prepare high-quality board papers, reporting packs and product disclosures
Act as the subject matter expert on Superannuation and Insurance, supporting internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Champion the product suite across the organisation, fostering alignment and engagement
Project manage complex initiatives, including incident resolution and remediation activities
Build strong, collaborative relationships with the Trustee Office, Client Services, and Distribution teams
About You
You are an experienced product professional with deep knowledge of the superannuation landscape and a strong technical understanding of both accumulation and pension products. You thrive in a dynamic environment where strategic thinking and hands-on execution go hand-in-hand. Your ability to balance commercial objectives with member-centric outcomes will be key to your success.
Your skill set includes:
Strong technical knowledge of superannuation (including insurance) and relevant regulatory requirements
Proven ability to deliver and evolve product strategies
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
A passion for ethical, customer-focused decision making
