The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to shape and drive the product strategy across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels. Leading a couple of direct reports, this role will oversee the full product lifecycle-managing enhancements, ensuring operational excellence, and driving product innovation initiatives that support the business's strategic objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a diverse product suite, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
Drive new product development and enhancements across investment platforms, from concept through to implementation.
Leverage insights from market trends, competitor analysis, and client feedback to inform product strategy and design.
Partner with Operations, Distribution, and Marketing to deliver seamless product launches and updates.
Oversee the Operations function, streamlining processes and driving automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
Maintain a strong focus on regulatory compliance and documentation, ensuring all products adhere to industry standards.
Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders on all product-related matters, fostering collaboration and clarity across teams.
Ideal Experience
Strong background in product management within the financial services or investment management sector.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver strategic product initiatives from concept to completion.
Deep understanding of managed funds, institutional and retail investment markets.
Proven stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
