Job Description
Our client is a leading multinational insurance and investments consultancy providing strategy consulting, insights, analytics and actuarial services to financial institutions including banks, insurers, reinsurers and fund managers. It is a rapidly growing business with an autonomous and mature culture.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to add to their Sydney team with a Consultant who will be responsible for the development of insights and quality output on strategic consulting projects whilst delivering an exceptional service to their clients within their life insurance division.
Key responsibilities
Analysing data and trends across the life insurance industry and working with the Senior Consultants to effectively communicate critical findings to clients within SLA's.
Maintaining and building a network of industry contacts and identifying opportunities for new business
Using a holistic approach to build strong relationships with all divisions of the company in order to provide a superior client offering
Identifying efficiencies and communicating ideas with management
Making a positive contribution to the team environment
To be successful you will have:
Bachelor degree from a leading education institution and with excellent academic performance
3 years + experience within the Financial Services Industry (Life Insurance or ReInsurance preferable) in a Consulting or Analytical/Insights role
Excellent data analytics and problem solving skills
Strong client relationship management and communicational skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to work autonomously with a great attitude.
Curious, flexible and learning-oriented personality
