Due to continued growth and future vision, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Journey Designer into their team.
The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for someone with a love for tech, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and deliver engaging and innovative automated campaigns and ad-hoc communications. This role is key to supporting the continued development of the Marketing Cloud platform to enhance customer experience. This role can be Sydney or Melbourne based.
Key Accountabilities
Be the lead for the marketing team in designing optimal customer journeys focusing on database nurture and retention, while advising marketing leads on best practice journey design
Lead the digital marketing implementation and delivery through Salesforce Marketing Cloud - delivering data configuration, audience creation, and ultilisation of platform capabilities
Implement a test and learn approach, analyse results to refine and optimise journeys - AB testing, set up piping work, email design and rendering.
Work closely with the digital support agency, acting as the architect of this space
Stand in for the Customer Marketing Lead in stand ups and workshops
To be successful in this role you will have
Hands on experience with SFMC ideally using all of the following: Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
Enjoys executional roles, and building customer journeys
Experience in data management and migration, high degree of data literacy
Solid project and campaign planning and management skills
Be able to work autonomously whilst managing senior stakeholders
