The Opportunity

Reporting through to the Marketing Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to assist the delivery of the the strategic and operational requirements for the digital channel within the Australian marketing team, while also managing the social media calendar, website publishing, content and events and webinars.

Key Accountabilities

  • Management of the social media calendar - forward planning of content development, creative development, posting and reporting on performance.

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on website content updates including page updates, document uploads and content refreshment as required.

  • Assist the Marketing team on the annual content plan and update this on a quarterly basis to align with the broader marketing plan.

  • Support the Marketing team with a range of events including intermediary roadshows, institutional client functions, conferences and boardroom sessions. Activities include event planning & ideation, venue research and bookings, on-the-day logistics, invitations and registration management and reporting.

  • Forward plan of webinars and webinar logistics including holding speaker briefings, drafting communications, coordinating presentations, obtaining CPD points and performing on-the-day webinar delivery and trouble shooting.

To be successful in this role you will have

  • 3-4 years+ experience with a wide range of digital channels and platforms within marketing

  • Funds management/financial services experience preferred in a B2B and B2C environment, but not essential

  • Experience using a content management system and exposure to digital publishing and reporting platforms

  • Extremely strong attention to detail

  • Ability to look at a block of text and be able to extract relevant and key pieces of information, and proactively suggesting new ways to deliver this
