The Opportunity

Reporting through to the Head of Marketing, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager - Digital and Content to lead the strategic and operational requirements for the digital channel within the Australian marketing team, and also be responsible for the content marketing strategy - from planning through to execution.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the Digital campaign strategy and execution - driving the optimisation of the SEO and SEM performance, enhancing the social media strategy and providing oversight of paid media campaigns to drive results.
  • Manage website content updates including page updates, document uploads and content refreshment as required. Manage the ongoing review of the site to ensure content is current, compliant and relevant.
  • Drive the ongoing development of the digital properties, including optimisation opportunities for the website and social media accounts, contributing to the development of a new digital platform for retail investors and act as UX lead on projects aimed at improving the digital experience delivered across all digital platforms for all client types.
  • Development of new content for multiple segments and utilising all available formats - and devise a distribution/amplification strategy for global content - via paid, owned and earned channels, including social media (predominantly LinkedIn).
  • Develop digital dashboard for Australia and apply a continuous improvement focus to generate insights that result in enhancement recommendations and superior performance.

To be successful in this role you will have

  • 10 years+ experience with a wide range of digital channels and platforms within marketing
  • Funds management/financial services experience preferred in a B2B and B2C environment
  • Experience using a content management system (Episerver) as well as exposure to digital publishing and reporting platforms e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics/Data Studio, Hootsuite, EveryoneSocial, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience in developing SEO and SEM strategies
