We are currently working with an Australian based asset manager focused on long-term investing in equities markets, while actively taking on a value investing approach. They are after a contractor to come in to assist their busy Marketing team.
The Opportunity
We have a great contract role where you will be responsible for managing technical aspects of key marketing systems (Marketo, Salesforce and CMS) used to generate, distribute and report on leads through to end client.
Key Accountabilities
Build, implement, monitor, and improve the business' investor engagement strategy. Developing and delivering email campaigns, from design to writing, segmentation to strategy.
Act as the SME for Marketo and Salesforce for the business, educating and providing best practice use.
Generate, distribute and report on leads through to end client.
Ensure best practices in campaign and lead management, producing optimum customer experiences. This includes continuing to monitor, refine and improve customer communications and campaigns through ongoing optimisation.
Produce and maintain performance metrics reports and dashboards on marketing and sales activities
To be successful in this role you will have
Strong understanding of how Marketo and Salesforce talk to one another, ensuring all data and information is correctly handled.
Preferably have a funds management background, or an understanding or interest in this space
Understanding of GDPR
Experience building Salesforce dashboards and setting up campaign attribution programs
Marketing automation experience across multiple products and customer segments
