The Client

Our client is one of Australia's major players in the health insurance market. Their marketing team is continually growing and a role has opened up for a commercially minded and data-driven marketer eager to make a positive impact on the member journey.

The Opportunity

The primary responsibility of this role will be managing and delivering valuable customer communications with the purpose of providing educational information & insights critical for the engagement and retention of members. These communications initiatives will be data-driven, personalised and timely, delivered via traditional and digital channels with an agile approach.

Key accountabilities

• Delivery and execution of campaigns focused on educating and retaining members and driving engagement with programs and services

• Support with delivery of other regulatory and mandatory communications to members

• Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness

To be successful in this role you will have

• End-to-end campaign management experience, with sound knowledge of lifecycle marketing strategy

• Proficiency with data & analytics

• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills

• Positive mindset, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
