The Client
Our client is one of Australia's major players in the health insurance market. Their marketing team is continually growing and a role has opened up for a commercially minded and data-driven marketer eager to make a positive impact on the member journey.
The Opportunity
The primary responsibility of this role will be managing and delivering valuable customer communications with the purpose of providing educational information & insights critical for the engagement and retention of members. These communications initiatives will be data-driven, personalised and timely, delivered via traditional and digital channels with an agile approach.
Key accountabilities
Delivery and execution of campaigns focused on educating and retaining members and driving engagement with programs and services
Support with delivery of other regulatory and mandatory communications to members
Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness
To be successful in this role you will have
End-to-end campaign management experience, with sound knowledge of lifecycle marketing strategy
Proficiency with data & analytics
Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
Positive mindset, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment
