We are currently working with an independent global investment manager offering world class investment solutions across Australian equities, global equities, hedge funds and real assets, with offices in Miami, London, Melbourne and Sydney.
The Opportunity
There is currently an opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join a high achieving team, with responsibility for the development and delivery of marketing campaign strategies to support and contribute to the achievement of business revenue and fund flow targets. This person will work across both Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud/Pardot, utilising the database for optimal usage to drive and measure success.
This is a office based role and is open to candidates from Melbourne only.
Key Accountabilities
Work with the Heads of Marketing to develop and deliver the agreed marketing strategy and activity schedule
End to end campaign management, including the development and execution of marketing campaigns to support the achievement of revenue and fund flow targets
Populate, maintain and report ont he Salesforce CRM database for optimal usage to drive and measure success
Undertake post campaign analysis and measurement to drive marketing excellence and seek continuous improvement
Provide support for seamless and efficient delivery of the business events program including external conferences, corporate functions, roadshows, investor meetings and webinars
Manage outsourced partners/external agencies to drive the best outcomes for the business
To be successful in this role you will possess;
Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Pardot/Marketing Cloud, as well as the MS Office Suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
University degree preferred (marketing, communications, technology, finance)
3+ years Marketing experience within financial services
A delivery-focused, proactive mindset and working style
