Office Manager/Recruitment Organisation.

Parity Consulting is one of Australia's market leading recruitment organisations specialising in the placement of Product, Pricing, Marketing, Communications and Digital professionals across Financial Services, Software, FinTech and Commerce sectors. Privately owned by a female entrepreneur with a reputation for challenging the industry to 'lift the bar', this role will be both dynamic and varied!

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high performing Office Manager to join our team. This is a new and exciting position that will play a key role in running our office. The primary focus will be to team up with the Division Manager and support her to support our revenue and growth targets. The position will have a seat at the Leadership table and opportunity to contribute to the overall strategy of the business.

The role is a very important one in our business and the right person would ideally have a background in supporting a busy executive and working in a small - medium size business.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Administration

Ensure the smooth running of the office

  • Proactively improve internal and external processes to help contribute to the successful running of Parity Consulting
  • Onboard, train and setup new staff
  • Facilities management to ensure the office space is comfortable and safe for all staff

Financials

  • Provide insights to the Division Manager on all placement history and client spend
  • Provide the team with regular updates on client changes

Marketing and Events

  • Planning and coordination of projects
  • Execution of Parity's social media strategy
  • Ownership and execution of team-based events

Essential criteria for this role:

  • Previous administration experience - within a recruitment organisation would be highly advantageous
  • Proactive and positive 'can do' attitude
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to laugh and have fun
