The Role
There is currently an opportunity to join a high performing Digital team for a 9-month maternity contract either in Sydney or Melbourne. The successful candidate will be someone who is experienced with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and has worked in a digital marketing or web production role. You will have exceptional stakeholder management and high level of attention to detail.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the delivery of digital's growth, engagement and retention objectives
Leverage Adobe platform capability and partner with the business to support any changes to our products and services
Manage key digital platforms (Adobe and Sitecore), online content and key functionality to ensure all key members journeys are supported and optimised.
Track SEO performance against competitors and identify opportunities for improvement
Optimise website customer journeys and work with Marketing to develop content for target segments using CMS functionality
To be successful for the role you will have:
Proven experience in Adobe (AEM), Target and Analytics, SEO/SEM, personalisation and website optimisation
Experience in measuring and analysing online user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel use
Experience using data driven analysis to deliver meaningful insights
Working knowledge of the application of user centred design/UX and experience working in an agile environment
Demonstrated project management ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across a range of tasks, including prioritisation and planning skills
