Our client is one of Australia's major players in the insurance market, looking after the needs of millions of Australians daily and has experienced huge growth over the past 5 years. They are looking to recruit a permanent Paid Media Marketing Specialist in Sydney or Melbourne to sit within their Marketing Team.
The Role
In this newly created role, the Paid Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving desired business results through creating, managing and optimising paid media across digital channels.
Key Accountabilities:
Have end to end responsibility for development, management and optimisation of all paid media programs such as paid search, programmatic, native advertising, and paid social campaigns
Daily account management of pay per click accounts
Measure and analyse the effectiveness and ROI of activities and work with members of the team to increase ROI
Generate new paid search campaigns, ad groups and develop keyword list
Manage relationship with digital vendors
Provide insights and recommendations on efficient campaign management and reporting tools
Assist in the development of effective ad copy, content and guide creative on ideal assets
To be successful for the role you will have:
B2C experience
Experience managing paid search and paid social, specifically SA 360, Adobe analytics, and Google Campaign Manager
Knowledge of 3rd party bidding tools
Google AdWords certified
Worked within agency or on the client side having had exposure to financial services clients
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills
