The Company
Our client is an Australian brand who is reinventing the mortgages industry. They are looking for a proactive and strategic Partnership Engagement Coordinator to join their team for a 12-month contract, to manage and evaluate the current partnership program and assist in preparation for 2022/23.
The Opportunity
This role is a brand new role for the business, and has come about as the business goes through a time of growth and change. The Partnership Engagement Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, execution and evaluation of the organisation's biennial Partnership Program, and the creating of the frameworks to report on the Return of Investment to all the necessary stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of all elements of the partnership program including by not limited to strategic roadmaps, governance processes, data and insights and reporting
- Create and manage an ongoing engagement matrix for lender partners that will clearly highlight and demonstrate value to lender partners, as well as looking at the data and analytics to provide strategic insights
- Work closely with the Distribution comms manager to ensure a consistent communications strategy
- Effectively manage budgets and reporting requirements for all elements of the partnership program
- Creation of new content and ideation for new activities and initiatives for future events and programs for the business
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An events/partnership/project management background
- Any experience in change or business transformation highly regarded
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management experience
- Familiar with the workings of a complex financial service environment using agile practices highly desirable
- Ability to self manage
