Our client is a SaaS based organisation that offers Digital Solutions to the Education Industry
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to complement their existing team of product development professionals based in Sydney CBD
Key Accountabilities:
- Understanding the needs of the end users by engaging and making connections with the customers.
- Collaborating with the team of Product Managers and Engineers.
- Translating concepts in to user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock ups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Contributing to the design system and championing accessible design principles.
- Must be up to date with market trends and design best practice.
To be successful for the role you will have:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Demonstrated experience in the end-to-end ideation, discovery, prototyping, solution design and iteration of a product, within a cross functional team.
- Understanding of Human-centred design thinking (UI), with strong empathy and UX advocacy.
- Strong presentation skills and an eye for detail mainly of design fundamentals like accessible design, typography, alignment, movement and interaction.
- Experience of working in an Agile environment and as part of a Scrum Team
- Solid understanding of how Product design fits into the Product cycle
