The Company
Our client is a well-respected and renowned payments solutions provider in the Australian financial services industry. As a result of innovation and a key business initiative, they are looking for motivated and driven Product Owners and Product Managers to join their high achieving Product team.
The Opportunity
There will be both permanent and contracting opportunities across the Product Owner and Product Manager roles that will be leading and driving the development and delivery of payments solutions being utilised by multiple product units in the business and also driven by the needs of clients and their consumers. You will be working across a number of different business case requirements and engaging with key stakeholders across the business.
Key Accountabilities:
- Execution of Product strategy and roadmap.
- Heavy involvement in ensuring user stories and sprint reviews have the desired outcomes.
- Understand current and emerging market trends.
- Ensuring the voice of your client is heard and solutions are delivered to their needs.
- Ownership of projects and Product portfolio management.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analysis experience is essential.
- A proven track record with agile methodology and scrum technique.
- Strong payments or banking background is a MUST.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- B2B experience preferred over B2C.
