The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Rewards team in the role of Product Owner. The role will have a delivery focus working with AGILE methodologies. Working in a team with a growing remit, the rewards product will have coverage across the bank's portfolio. This role includes owning product delivery, managing and prioritising the backlog to create experiences that delight customers.
Responsibilities
Working with the Product Manager and Head of Rewards to create the Product roadmap
Prioritise and manage the Product Backlog, creating user stories etc
Work with your delivery team to build market leading products
Heavy focus on meeting customer needs
To be successful in this role you will have
Proven Product Owner experience
Rewards/Loyalty experience is NOT a requirement but would be beneficial
Able to work in an agile environment
