The Company
Our client is a consumer led, product focused company with a brand name that people love and trust. They are an Australian brand who is reinventing the mortgages industry. They are looking for a Senior Manager to take charge of a newly formed vertical within the Product team focusing on strategic Product management and delivery, Risk and Customer.
The Opportunity
This exciting Senior Manager role is permanent position and will be the spearhead for delivering features and driving Agile methodology, along with being responsible for 3 direct reports. You will be responsible for Risk Management and Customer Experience, working with key stakeholders across the whole business and managing key relationships externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategic projects to enhance the business product offerings
- Implement and embed Agile project methodology within the Product team
- Efficiently managing stakeholders and their expectations, both internal & external
- Leading a team 3 highly motivated product professionals
- Market analysis, strategizing actionable insights
- Lead a culture of Risk management
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management experience
- Strong product management experience, ideally in retail banking
- Risk Management experience
- Be self-motivated and drive to create excellence
- Leadership experience
