The Opportunity
This position, reporting into the Head of Marketing & Communications, provides an exciting leadership opportunity to manage a team, develop and execute campaign strategies that deliver to business objectives and establish metrics and frameworks to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: manage and develop a team of 8 high performing marketing professionals.
Campaign Activity: Lead the delivery of campaign strategy focused on lead generation and engagement.
Business Partnering: Operate as a strategic partner and demonstrate the team's value and impact on driving business growth.
Reporting: Review the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by utilising reporting and metrics
To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong B2B marketing experience across all marketing channels
Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence
Willingness to be hands-on
