As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high performing Senior Office Administrator to join our team on a contract basis with the possibility of the role becoming permanent. Ideally 3 days per week but we can flex to your needs.

If you have a positive and proactive attitude, have a high attention to detail, are highly organised and thrive in a busy environment, this position is for you!

The role is a very important one in our business and the right person would ideally have a background in supporting a busy executive and working in a small - medium size business.

Some of the key responsibilities of the office administrator role are as follows:

Administration

* Onboard and setup new staff
* Complete stocktake and order office supplies
* Liaise with facilities management as required to ensure the office space is comfortable and safe for all staff

Financials

* Raise and send all perm and contractor invoices to clients
* Maintain detailed and accurate reporting of placements
* Petty cash and its monthly reconciliation

Marketing & Events

* Planning and coordination of projects
* Ownership and execution of team-based events


Essential criteria for this role:

  • Previous administration experience - within a recruitment organisation would be highly advantageous

  • Proactive and positive 'can do' attitude

  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to laugh and have fun
