Our client is involved in Digital Health Solutions and are in the process of creating a new product to take to market
The Opportunity
This is a newly created opportunity to work with a team of experienced professionals who have a proven track record of creating exciting and successful digital products.
In this role you will have creative freedom and be involved form the early stages of ideation with responsibility for implementation and iteration.
Key Accountabilities
- You will be responsible for shaping the product strategy through design thinking
- You will translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into creative ideas
- Build out a robust system that spans multiple products
- Lead design reviews, sprints, and workshops across the company
To be successful in this role you will have
- 5 - 8 years of product design experience, including working on Consumer and Enterprise software.
- Experience of App design in the Enterprise space
- Healthcare industry experience ideal
- Proven ability to frame problems and provide excellent visual design skills
- A deep understanding of product analytics
- Confidence in presenting your work and getting others on board with your design direction
- Experience with A/B testing
- Comfortable using data to make informed design decisions
- Ability to balance vision with iteration, to make trade-offs and get the right user experience to market
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to give and receive feedback and translate technical content to non-technical people
- Ability to work independently, thrive in ambiguity, and take initiative to solve problems
