The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Product, this role contributes to the development of new products, the management of our existing product portfolio and supports project implementation and delivery.
Key Accountabilities
Contributes to the development of new products and the continuous improvement of existing product solutions
Ensures product solutions align to the needs of consumers, are competitive and compliant
Maintenance of all customer product collateral for all product portfolios including premium tables, PDS's, product specifications etc
Represent Product in various internal project deliveries, launches and deep dives
Manage regular product changes, liaising with Marketing, Sales, IT and Legal, Risk and Compliance departments
Managing relationships with key partners, external and internal stakeholders
To be successful in the role you will have
Strong technical expertise across Life Insurance products and market
Experience in direct/retail/group or potentially superannuation
Product Management/Development experience
Strong understanding of insurance markets, competitors and legislative environments
Very good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills - influencing abilities is important
Self-Motivated and results driven
