The role
Due to significant growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Pricing Recruitment Consultant to join the team and help Parity expand our specialisation beyond Product, Marketing and Digital recruitment. You will have the chance to own and build a portfolio, whilst being able to leverage off our strong relationships in the Financial Services market. The role offers;
- Full 360 recruitment and opportunity to grow a new desk, whilst leaning on existing relationships

- Working independently and with a team of like-minded Specialist Consultants in managing an end-to-end portfolio of clients and providing high calibre Pricing/Actuarial professionals
Our requirements
Apart from being a positive individual with a go-getter type attitude, a suitable applicant will have;
- Extensive recruitment experience in Pricing and/or actuarial specialisation
- A strong focus on honesty, integrity and values
- Someone with a passion for people and recruitment
