Our client is a start-up bank that has their customers' needs at the heart of everything they do. With their business constantly evolving, they are looking for a fast-paced Marketing Coordinator to join their high performing Marketing Team.
The role
An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the company in a permanent UX/UI Designer role where your role will focus on applying your passion for creating beautiful digital experiences focused on customer needs. The role is responsible for implementing and managing a design system that allows for a coherent and consistent customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with the broader business to deliver amazing customer experiences across the business
Take a lean UX user centred design approach to rapidly test and iterate your ideas
Conduct user research including user testing and interviews
Use analytics and metrics to make informed design decisions which are then translated into user journeys, sitemaps, user flows, concepts, wireframes and prototypes
Create high end user interfaces, animation and interaction design
To be successful you will have:
Expert knowledge in key design techniques, mobile first and responsive design
Work with ambiguity and adapt to change quickly
Passion for UX and UI design!
