The Company
Our client is an online bank that has their customers' needs at the heart of everything they do. With their business constantly evolving, they are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their high performing and fast paced design team.
The role
An opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the company in a 12-month fixed term UX/UI Designer role where you will focus on applying your passion for creating beautiful digital experiences focused on customer needs. The role is responsible for implementing and managing a design system that allows for a coherent and consistent customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the broader business to deliver amazing customer experiences across the business
- Take a lean UX user centred design approach to rapidly test and iterate your ideas
- Conduct user research including user testing and interviews
- Use analytics and metrics to make informed design decisions which are then translated into user journeys, sitemaps, user flows, concepts, wireframes and prototypes
- Create high end user interfaces, animation and interaction design
To be successful you will have:
- Expert knowledge in key design techniques, mobile first and responsive design
- Passion for UX and UI design!
