The Role
There is currently an opportunity to join a high performing Digital team on an 18-month contract in either Sydney or Melbourne. The successful candidate will be someone who is an experienced leader within the digital marketing space. You will have exceptional stakeholder management and high level of attention to detail.
Key Accountabilities:
Support the Senior Manager of the team by managing the day-to-day activities for the team and drive the ongoing, management & optimisation of website experiences.
Be the go-to person for digital solutions for the business.
Work together with the Marketing and Brand teams to deliver digital solutions across all channels
Management and oversight of the key digital platforms, online content and key functionality to ensure all key members journeys are supported and optimised.
Anticipate and identify opportunities to improve the digital experience for members and business
To be successful for the role you will have:
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the superannuation space with a strong understanding of developing and implementing strategies and initiatives
Experience in measuring and analysing online user behaviour, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel use
Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and business partners
Demonstrated project management ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders across a range of tasks, including prioritisation and planning skills
Tertiary qualification in a Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
