The Opportunity
Our clients are interested in meeting with exceptional actuarial professionals who are keen to embrace new challenges and take their careers to the next level. As a qualified and experienced Actuary, you can contribute our clients' growth by identifying risks and opportunities, driving process efficiencies, and leading and guiding less senior Actuaries and Analysts.
Key Accountabilities
- Apply your technical skills to the areas of financial modelling, retirement solutions, and investment services
- Work closely with product teams on development and pricing matters to ensure profitability targets are achieved
- Analyse and interpret data trends and present your findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to general management and overall business strategies
- Provide mentoring and coaching to less senior Actuaries and Analysts within the organisation
The ideal candidates our clients are looking may have
- Strong knowledge in their area of expertise, including familiarity with the Australian regulatory environment in their industry
- The ability to work within a team and influence decision-making processes
- Project management skills
- Experience in working and communicating with staff at all organisational levels
- Expertise in statistical modelling software
