The Opportunity
Reporting to a very experienced and knowledgeable Senior Product Manager, you will be assisting in ensuring that the Products are industry leading. Whilst working on a variety of different Mortgage Products, you will be focusing on the optimisation of the features and pricing to encourage continues growth.
Key Accountabilities
Working alongside the Senior Product Manager to assist in the delivery of the home loan product strategy
New product development, including digital initiatives
Carrying out a review of the existing product suite and making recommendations for enhancements or simplification initiatives to ensure alignment with overall product strategy
Market research and competitor analysis.
Working collaboratively with the key distribution channels to obtain approval of recommendations and overall optimisation of products and services
Ideal Experience:
Previous experience in a similar support role within the Mortgages/Home loans industry
Credit policy knowledge
Strong technical knowledge of home loan products
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Strong commercial acumen.
Report writing skills
