The Role: It is anticipated that the first 6 months of this role will be your learning curve so as an Associate your role will initially involve: * Assisting the consultants with placing Marketing, Communications & Digital professionals * Shadowing the Product and Marketing team to learn the end to end recruitment process * Generating leads in line with your KPIs and sharing leads/candidates with your peers Once competent you will then be managing an end to end portfolio of clients and providing them with high calibre professionals in Marketing, Communications and Digital.
Is This You? To become part of this outstanding team you would naturally be able to demonstrate the following experience and attributes: * Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within a small/medium size company * High energy and rapport building skills * Proactive and positive 'can do' attitude * Willingness to go the extra mile for candidates, clients and colleagues Yes - there are targets and KPIs to meet but if you are driven to succeed, committed and open to learning these will not be daunting.
