The Company - Our client is a trusted household name and one of Australia's most well regarded providers of life insurance. Due to significant market changes, this organisation is standing up a new team to focus specifically on the customer value proposition. This role will report to the Head of Business unit and form part of the overall commercial division.
The Opportunity
This role will be accountable for the development and execution for the Customer proposition for their life insurance product suite. As the Manager, you will be responsible for launching new customer propositions over the next 3 years which play a key role in contributing to the sustainability of the portfolio. This role will be leading a small team and working closely with the Head of Customer, Head of Pricing and Head UX/UI to design the customer experience and drive sustainable growth.
Key Accountabilities
Segment and analyse the existing customer base and complete customer testing and propensity modelling on buying behaviour
In partnership with the UX/UI team, design the customer journey from end to end
Build key internal and external partnerships with stakeholders and drive outcomes aligned with the organisation's customer strategy
Conduct research and compile data on product competitiveness, customer trends and risks
Recruit and lead a small, high performing team to help execute the customer proposition for this portfolio.
