The Company

We are currently working with one of Australia's largest industry superfunds who have a vision to be the most trusted choice for super, retirement and advice. They are currently going through an exciting digital transformation and are looking for some Content professionals to join their team on 6-month contracts, based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

The Opportunity

We have 2 great opportunities for a Digital Content Experience Lead to strategise and lead the content overhaul for the website and digital channels, and a Digital Content Business Analyst to work closely with the Lead and support the execution and delivery side of the project, to join the Member Growth team in being an integral part of the organisation's digital transformation process.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and deliver content creation and change across multiple customer facing digital properties
  • Support the content design by considering and documenting relevant business rules, disclaimer/risk requirements, voice of customer inputs and member journeys
  • Facilitate and drive the content experience process including approach, workshops and decisions around content uplift with key stakeholders and approval process
  • Work in collaboration with development team in an agile environment to test the build against written requirements before changes are handed over to stakeholders for user acceptance testing
  • Assess current content across all existing digital properties and design a content future state using specifications/rules from Content BA
  • The Digital Content BA will support the Content lead ensuring all user stories supporting strategy and approach, while developing and managing the content backlog

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Experience in writing digital content for digital assets including servicing (informative / educational) content, with proven Digital experience and knowledge of 5+ years in defining new digital products and solutions
  • Experience in a financial services environment especially understanding of superannuation context preferred
  • Knowledge of agile principles
  • Demonstrated experience conducting analysis of business needs, as well as strong documentation writing skills especially writing user stories
  • For the BA role, business analysis skills ideally gained from working in Agile and Waterfall environments with an ability to adapt to differing project methodologies
