Our client is one of Australia's leading and growing financial institutions providing product and advice solutions across the country. They are looking to recruit a permanent Digital Marketing Specialist in Sydney to sit within their Marketing Team.
The Role
In this newly created role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will drive the digital marketing efforts across the organisation with specific focus on managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel and providing analytics. The role is responsible for ensuring every digital marketing initiative is delivered timely and effectively.
Key Accountabilities:
Developing digital marketing tactics and plans to achieve the organisations marketing goals across each target audience
Analysis and reporting on online program and campaign effectiveness using web analytics
Make recommendations to increase ROI
Develop testing capabilities to support strategic roadmaps
Proactively identify new digital marketing opportunities through working with the broader digital team.
To be successful for the role you will have:
12 months plus experience within the wealth management industry
Proven experience with database driven email marketing, digital content, social media marketing, website development and enterprise grade Content Management Systems (CMS)
A working knowledge of web analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics, GTM
Understanding of HTML5/CSS/JavaScript
Experience in adapting/editing content to suit an online environment
Broad stakeholder management
Project management skills including preparing project documentation
A can-do attitude and ability to work independently but also collaborate as required
