The Opportunity
We have an exciting part time opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing and diverse team here at Parity Consulting! This is a newly created role to drive the growth and sustainability of Parity's brand and reputation as the market leaders within specialist recruitment for Product, Pricing, Marketing & Digital Professionals. 2-3 days a week and based in the Sydney CBD.
Key Accountabilities
Lead Parity's Digital campaign strategy and execution - driving the optimisation of our SEO and SEM performance
Provide ongoing maintenance to our website including content updates and uploads, refresh and own a project to overhaul the website down the track
Creation and execution of a social media strategy and calendar
Coordination and creation of content including promotional, news, thought leadership and market-related copy for websites, eDM and social media channels
Curate and deliver face to face and online industry appropriate events in line with our Parity Plus intiatives
To be successful in this role you will have
Demonstrated experience in leading and driving the digital marketing strategy and execution for a small to medium sized business
Working knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics), SEO, SEM with a passion for all things marketing!
Attention to detail and a love for writing
Experience with overhauling a content library, as well as a website refresh/rebrand
