Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work alongside an ever evolving and agile digital team who operate across numerous projects where there is never a dull moment.

The Opportunity/Role:

As a customer focused Digital Producer, you will have the unique and exciting opportunity to make your mark in a newly created role within an expanding team with high potential for career growth and development.­­

As a subject matter expert in website development for existing and new web properties, microsites, and landing pages, you will be responsible for driving website performance through optimising conversion rate and user experience. While working alongside the Digital Team, Marketing Managers, stakeholders, and third-party agencies, you will build, maintain, and optimise websites while supporting digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • You will play a pivotal role in working alongside the Digital Team, Marketing Managers, stakeholders, and third-party agencies as well as liaising with developers & designers.
  • You will play a critical role in managing the high-volume workflow in and out of the team through setting strong communication and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • You will build, maintain, and optimise websites while supporting digital marketing and email campaigns and initiatives to a high standard of quality and performance.
  • You will be responsible for the SEO management and optimisation.
  • You will champion smart processes and implement solutions that address business deliverables.
  • You will deliver clear and actionable reports and insights relevant to appropriate stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with the Marketing manager to deliver and manager ever evolving projects within the digital team.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a digital producer with proven experience in managing web projects or operational tasks from planning to delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, time management and prioritisation skills with strong communication skills.
  • Experience and skill with high volume workflow management in a marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated experience using and administrating CMS platforms (preferably Drupal)
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics and channels including display advertising, content marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, remarketing and a strong knowledge of technical on-site SEO principles.
  • Experience with email and marketing automation, creating, designing, and deploying complex email campaigns.
  • Previous campaign management experience using Eloqua and mail chimp
  • Strong understanding of working with web technologies such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Web APIs.
  • An in-depth understanding of digital strategy, design, and technology.
  • Experience in designing solutions and delivering relevant, accurate digital specifications such as wireframes, site maps and content design.
  • Hands on experience with web development technologies (HTML).
