The Role
There is currently an opportunity to join a high performing team in a brand-new role as a Strategic Marketing Manager focusing on the Education and Guidance space for this growing brand. The purpose of the role is to develop and deliver an innovative education and guidance strategy and proposition for stakeholders, empowering them to achieve the best financial decisions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Establish and execute a fund wide education and guidance strategy, working together with relevant internal departments.
- Drive the education content and delivery and ensure initiatives are measurable.
- Be the champion of education and guidance programs, generating new ideas and work together with third party providers to address new markets or member needs that are not currently covered by the current existing education offering.
- Work with the business to navigate any legislative changes that may impact the way the business delivers education.
- Develop take to market plans, set campaign objectives, campaign journeys and overarching messaging.
To be successful for the role you will have:
- Proven experience in developing and executing upon contemporary education and guidance programs
- Strong understanding of digital channels and platforms
- Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and business partners
- A strong passion and experience around adult financial literacy
- Tertiary qualification in Education, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field
