The Opportunity
This full-time permanent role will suit someone with financial services experience, knowledge of the B2C marketing channel and campaign fulfillment, experienced in lead generation and lead nurture programs and has direct marketing experience. You will drive lead nurture programs, collateral production and digital/eDm campaigns and performance reporting.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute and contribute to the B2C marketing plan and program calendar.
- Support the growing B2C portfolio across AU and NZ, partnerships and lead nurture optimisation across home loan and personal loan portfolios.
- Supporting the updating of content and updating of all marketing collateral.
- In conjunction with the B2B team, monitor and manage the communications inbox.
- Support the creative agencies to produce quality campaign material aligned to the brand and product positioning integrated across all relevant channels
To be successful in this role you will have
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Previous experience within a similar role in financial services marketing/digital marketing
- Digital marketing experience with direct marketing, eDMs, website and social.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resilient and adaptable to change and working within a fast-paced environment
