The Role:

This role is one of the best in our business, it does not have sales targets nor is it structured. This role is fully autonomous supporting two high performing consultants who are often described as being Caring, Humorous and Fun!

Due to an internal promotion, this Associate Consultant will provide admin and resourcing support to two busy Senior Consultants and will encompass recruiting for Product and Pricing professionals within the Financial Services Industry. The role will be responsible for researching and sourcing high quality candidates for existing and future client vacancies. You will meet prospective clients and candidates regularly and build strong and lasting relationships. This role will also involve provide admin support to the consultants which will include diary management, database updating and event planning.

Is This You?
WE DO NOT NEED EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT - In fact, we prefer you do not have it because we may have to unteach you bad habits!!

What we would like is;

  • Thirst for learning
  • Experience in admin/customer service type role
  • High energy and rapport building skills
  • Proactive and positive 'can do' attitude
  • available to work 3 days a week (ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
