The Company

Our client is a well-respected organisation in the Australian financial services industry - they are a leading provider of transactional banking, capital management and payment solutions, with proven results to more than 150 specialist financial services organisations.

The Opportunity

We are working on 2 exciting short term contract roles for a Portfolio Marketing Manager in Core and Emerging Services. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing and communications support for all products and solutions within the Emerging Services and Core Services business. These are day rate contracts for a duration of 3-4 months.

Key accountabilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain a range of product/portfolio training program materials and toolkits to educate clients on the business benefits of key products and support frontline client staff to cross sell to their customers. This includes Sales Tools/Playbooks, whitepapers & infographics, corporate/sales presentations
  • Develop and implement client communications to support product releases and product updates
  • Management of partner agency relationships, workflow and related expense budgets
  • Monitor and maintain collateral to ensure that it's current in the context of the internal and external environment (quarterly reviews)
  • Provide support across the Marketing Communications team as required

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Previous experience developing and maintaining training program materials and toolkits
  • Experience in using CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Financial services or payments experience highly regarded
