Our client is an award-winning platform provider with a track record of delivering leading solutions in the financial services industry. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to join this high achieving product team in Brisbane

The Opportunity

The Product Manager is an integral part of the Product team and is responsible for managing the ongoing design and delivery of new products and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will be guiding the success of the product and leading the cross-functional team responsible for improving it. You will be responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the product that the development team builds:

  • Product strategy and roadmap from conception to release
  • Manage the ideation process to generate new ideas, including working closely with customers
  • Prioritise features by ranking them against strategic goals
  • Managing the release process, coordinating all stakeholders to achieve a successful release
  • Oversight of customer support to ensure advocacy
  • Product marketing, forecasting, and achievement of product revenue/profit targets
  • Supports the business development team to enable growth

To be successful you will have

  • Experience in financial services, with an understanding of planning solutions
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements that impact the operating environment of our products and services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build, maintain and influence stakeholders' relationships.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to ensure effective management of competing priorities.
  • Enthusiastic with a can-do approach
  • Ability to work autonomusly
