The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Deposits banking team in the role of Product Manager. There are two roles available, one will have a focus on the business segment which will include managing the business customer proposition and go to market strategy. The second being responsible or portfolio optimisation which will be primarily focused on product simplification and continuous improvement respectively. The successful candidates will also get the chance to work end to end through an exciting digital transformation upon the which the bank is about to start.
Responsibilities
Business Segment
Management of the business customer proposition across the customer journey
Senior stakeholder management
Responsibility for third party relationships
Portfolio Optimisation
Product simplification and creating an easier banking experience
Delivery of teamwide initiatives
Continuous improvement
Both Roles
Heavy focus on meeting customer needs
Continuous development of the customer value proposition to ensure long term success of the business
Managing the Product P&L
To be successful in this role you will have
Business Segment
Experience working and delivering with senior stakeholders
Portfolio Optimisation
Strong reporting and forecasting skills
Both roles
Proven product management/development experience, within banking would be ideal
Strong drive to deliver and be a part of changing and high performing team
Able to work in an agile environment
