The Opportunity
Our client is looking for two Product Managers to join their growing Group Life Insurance team. You will ultimately be responsible for the development of product strategy, PDS & Policy drafting and developing product solutions. Reporting into a Senior Product Manager within Group Life Insurance, this opportunity will enable you to work within an exceptional team of product professionals supported by leading processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product strategies and bring new products to market, ensuring compliance, retention and growth
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote any new product suites, conduct relevant research and maintaining strong relationships
- Drive strategy with senior stakeholders across Insurance
- Manage risk and meet all policy and compliance requirements
To be successful you will have
- Strong experience in Product Management, ideally in the group life space or superannuation
- Energetic and keen mind for innovation
- Proven communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong drafting and policy experience
